Please note that all iems require a 50% non refundable deposit to start production. Once deposit is made changes can not be made and ite will be ready within 7 business days. Extra charges apply for rush orders. Shipping costs will be determined when order is ready for shipping, remaining balance will be required within 24 hours of invoicing.
If item does not meet ordered requirement (produc style, vinyl colour, spelling of name or incorrect qouet), a replacement will be shipped within 24 hours. Refunds are at the discretion of the owner.
